TNM Staging of Breast Carcinoma

We can estimate cancer size of any size by a method called TNM staging method. In this method, T can be identified as primary tumor, N as regional tumor, and M as the nearby spread of the cancer called metastasis. Now we will see tumor study as per the smaller size to the big size. Any tumor that is below 0.1 mm in size is called T1. T1 tumors are of six types, they are TX, T0, T1mic, T1a, T1b, and T1c. If a physician identifies the tumor size in the report as TX, then the result is the primary tumor cannot be assessed, as the tumor size cannot be measured. The next type is T0, in which there is no evidence of primary tumor. T1mic, in which the tumor size is less than 0.1 millimeter. If the size of the tumor is more than 0.1 mm, but less than 0.5 mm in size, then the tumor is called as T1a. If the tumor size is more than 0.5 mm, but less than 1 mm, it is termed as T1b. The bigger tumors with a size of more than 1 mm, but less than 2 mm are called as T1c. The tumors sized more than 2 mm in size is called as T2. T3 tumors are more than 5 mm in size. All tumors that are extended to
the chest wall or to the skin are estimated as T4 tumors.

Now we will see about lymph node spread measurement by TNM calculation method. There are four types of regional lymph node measurement types and they are NX, N0, N1, and N3. NX is an estimation, in which the regional lymph nodes cannot be tested. N0 is a state, in which, we can find no spread of cancer to any of
the regional lymph nodes. If the cancer is spread to the ipsilateral axillary nodes, then we can term it as N1 tumor. If the same N1 is attached to one another and/or to the other structures of the body, it is termed as N2. If the breast cancer is spread to ipsilateral mammary lymphatic organs, it is termed as N3.

We can also measure the breast cancer by way of its size of spread by three terms, they are MX, M0, and M1. In MX, the spread of cancer cannot be estimated, in M0, there is no spread of cancer is found, and in M1, the cancer is spread to ipsilateral supraclavicular lymphatic organs.

  1. I am 29 years old and have been diagnosed with breast cancer, ease of treatment and a similar story, except for my first acceptance as a rejection of herbal medicine. I was not part of the Perseid movement and did not really build relationships with any of them, I just believed in their operation. I say this because it was during the use of Dr. Itua herbal medicine that I now attest that herbal medicine is real, the phytotherapy Dr. Itua heal my breast cancer which I suffered for 2 years. Dr. Itua herbal medicine is made of natural herbs, with no side effects, and easy to drink.
